Company Policies

Clear guidelines for a transparent and efficient workplace.

Daily attendance marking is mandatory. Late or missed attendance may be treated as absence. Employees must mark their attendance within the designated time frame to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Leaves must be applied in advance through the portal. Approval is mandatory except in emergencies. Employees should plan their leaves and ensure proper handover of responsibilities.
Work from home is subject to manager approval. Attendance marking is required even when working remotely. Employees must maintain regular communication and productivity standards.
Holidays are as per the company calendar. Optional holidays require prior approval from your manager. Regional holidays may vary based on location.
All employees must maintain strict confidentiality of company information, trade secrets, and proprietary data. Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy ensures a safe and respectful workplace for all employees regardless of gender. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards any employee is strictly prohibited. All complaints will be handled with confidentiality, and appropriate action will be taken as per the law.
Login credentials are strictly confidential and should not be shared. System activity is monitored for security purposes. Report any suspicious activity immediately to IT support.
Professional behavior is mandatory at all times. Violations may result in disciplinary action. Respect, integrity, and collaboration are core values expected from all employees.
