How do I log in?

Use your company email and password to log in. If you're a new employee, you'll receive your credentials from HR.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Contact HR at hr@zyvachime.com we will help you to generate a new password.

Can I change my password?

Yes, only by contacting HR at hr@zyvachime.com.

Attendance

How do I mark attendance?

Go to your dashboard and click "Mark Attendance" between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (3:00 PM for interns). You must be within the office premises for location verification.

What if I forget to mark attendance?

You'll be automatically marked absent after the deadline. Contact your manager or HR to regularize your attendance.

Why is location access required?

Location verification ensures attendance is marked only when you're physically present at the office.

How do I logout?

Click the "Logout" button on your dashboard when leaving for the day. This records your working hours.

Leave Management

How do I apply for leave?

Go to Leave Requests → Apply Leave, select dates, choose leave type, provide reason, and submit. Apply at least 3 days in advance (except emergencies).

How do I check my leave balance?

Your leave balance is displayed on the Leave Requests page and in your dashboard.

Can I cancel a leave request?

Yes, you can cancel pending leave requests. For approved leaves, contact your manager.

Documents & Reports

Where can I view my attendance history?

Go to Mark Attendance → View History to see your complete attendance records with filters.

How do I download reports?

Visit the Reports section to generate and download attendance, leave, and performance reports.

Technical Issues

The portal is not loading. What should I do?

Try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or checking your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact IT support.

Location verification is failing. Why?

Ensure location services are enabled in your browser and device settings. You must be within the office premises.
