Working Hours & Attendance
Standard working hours and attendance policies:
Full-time employees: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (9 hours including 1-hour lunch)
Interns: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (5 hours)
Attendance window: Mark attendance between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (3:00 PM for interns)
Week off: Sunday (configurable by HR)
Late arrival: Notify your manager if arriving reporting time
Early departure: Requires prior approval from manager
Leave Policy
Leave entitlements and procedures:
Annual leave: 18 days per year (prorated for joining mid-year)
Sick leave: 12 days per year
Casual leave: 6 days per year
Public holidays: As per company calendar
Leave application: Submit at least 3 days in advance (except emergencies)
Leave approval: Requires manager approval
Unused leave: Cannot be carried forward to next year
