Welcome to the Zyva Chime family! This handbook is designed to help you understand our company culture, policies, and expectations. We're excited to have you on board and look forward to your contributions.

Working Hours & Attendance

Standard working hours and attendance policies:

  • Full-time employees: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (9 hours including 1-hour lunch)
  • Interns: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (5 hours)
  • Attendance window: Mark attendance between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (3:00 PM for interns)
  • Week off: Sunday (configurable by HR)
  • Late arrival: Notify your manager if arriving reporting time
  • Early departure: Requires prior approval from manager

Leave Policy

Leave entitlements and procedures:

  • Annual leave: 18 days per year (prorated for joining mid-year)
  • Sick leave: 12 days per year
  • Casual leave: 6 days per year
  • Public holidays: As per company calendar
  • Leave application: Submit at least 3 days in advance (except emergencies)
  • Leave approval: Requires manager approval
  • Unused leave: Cannot be carried forward to next year
